We aim to complete all orders within 10 days. During busy periods (Summer holidays and Xmas) or delays in stock/shipments, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. 

Any orders where home delivery is requested will take approximately 10 days. For urgent requests, contact sales@suffolkinsignia.co.uk

The office is open Mon-Thurs 8.30-4.30pm and Fri 8.30-12.30pm for collections, post code is IP30 9UP. 

SHIPPING COSTS to all UK address incur a charge of £3.95 incl VAT

Returns Policy

All garments ordered are customised individually with the club/society/company logo and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless the garment is faulty. 

Please check sizes at the point of order and contact sales@suffolkinsignia.co.uk if you need to check. All sizes are subject to the manufacturers guidelines and may vary between brands. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions how to return items from your order.
